Would you dare to go to these two places with less than 3 bars left on your fuel tank? If I divide all the 7 bars on the fuel gauge, think its about 3.76 litres per bar on average but this is wrong method. From experience, I think the three bars might be 10 litres. From KL to LCCT, its already 70km and from LCCT to Kota Kemuning, its another 56KM, which makes it 136Km, something which on my Satria, I could be about 30 Km short. But I decided to risk it anyway because there is a Petronas just before the LCCT.This driver was smart enough to avoid thewheel clamp but was not smart enough torealise that he has killed some grass andmade the place muddy. On the way out of LCCT, there is a shortcut now andyou do not have to go back to the roundabout whichis quite far. Unfortnately, towards the end of the shortcut, there is always a jam. Not only did the bright spark closed the other lane, they put a double speed hump too. OK, one bar gone and so far, so good. Let's take a break and stop by the roadside Whoa! If only I brought my Nikon D50 andthe 70-200 Zoon Lens... By the time I reached Kota Kemuning, thetank was empty and its flashing me the"Last bar before car explodes" sign.
Today is Lim's last day and well, I do feel sad because of that. This means that he will not be there when I needed him and I would have to start all over again with the new team. But anyway, since it is his last day, we'd just have to make the best of it.And I was happy because while I had my ass chewed off, one of (Lim's) team came over and announced the last minute farewell celebration. And so, we went to this very nice place...Although I was late, at first I did not take much
notice about this dish, thinking it is some cute
ice-cream wrapped with something.
So, the first one was yellow and this one wasgreen. That's all I can tell. While our Guest of Honour was 'busy' somecheecky bugger decided to start the eventbut cutting the pan cakes.....
Wowee geezy! Its cream filled with Durian!
And this one's mango! This is great! And what's more, my Mango shakeis actually done from a real mango! And so, I decided to look at their menu again And again. This is great. After the dessert 'dinner'
everyone took away 2-3 of those Durian and Mango
Pan cakes. Me? I got some white show thing for my
wife who is not feeling well. 'Tim Ban Goh Goh" in Cantonese. And all thiswhile, their HQ is in Kepong, and it was verynear to my old office.Sheesh. Anyway, I really
have to bring my Wife here for Dinner one day.
And when I came back, dinner was awesome butI chose the oily Angel Hair fried with black beanand two oven roasted chicken wings.
